本文通过对高职院校旅游(酒店)管理专业校企合作模式的实践研究,结合无锡南洋职业技术学院旅游(酒店)管理专业校企合作的运作模式,提出了高职院校旅游(酒店)管理专业应以“2+1”顶岗实习与就业相结合的模式作为校企合作的主要方式,指出了必须建立以高星级酒店、知名连锁经济型酒店为主的多层次高质量的顶岗实习基地,严格顶岗实习过程管理,实行学校、酒店双导师制才能保证实习效果,达到培养高素质应用型专业人才的教学目的、促进高职院校学生高质量的就业,从而增强我国酒店管理人才的核心竞争力。
Through the practical research on the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise in tourism (hotel) management in higher vocational colleges and the mode of operation of cooperation between school and enterprise in tourism (hotel) management in Wuxi Nanyang Polytechnic, Management major should be “2 + 1 ” internship and employment combination as the main mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, pointed out that we must establish a high-star hotel, well-known chain economy hotel-based multi-level high-quality Intern practice base, strict on-job internship process management, the implementation of the school, the hotel double tutor system to ensure internship effect, to cultivate high-quality application-oriented professionals teaching purposes, to promote high-quality employment of vocational college students, thereby enhancing China’s hotel management Talent’s core competitiveness.
