利用X射线衍射和TEM较系统研究ZnAl_(27)Cu_1Mg_(0.01)合金经360℃均匀化处理后,在100℃时效过程中的相和组织转变顺序及其转变机制。观察分析发现:人工时效过程中相及组织转变顺序为βAl→ηZn→αAl→调幅分解→共析组织→胞状反应。
The transformation order and transformation mechanism of phase and microstructure of ZnAl_ (27) Cu_1Mg_ (0.01) alloy homogenized at 360 ℃ after aging at 100 ℃ were systematically studied by X-ray diffraction and TEM. Observation and analysis showed that the sequence of phase and tissue transformation during the artificial aging was βAl → ηZn → αAl → amplitude modulation → eutectoid tissue → cellular response.
