班级管理中,有一个关键,那就是要发挥学生的长处。扬长避短,给学生足够的自信。这样的管理理念才更有利于学生的健康成长。在小学,教师们有一个习惯性思维,总是过多的看学生的成绩,成绩至上,这严重的影响了学生的全面发展,因此,在班级管理中,我极力扭转这种倾向。在班级干部的选拔中,我一改学习成绩至上原则,而是看学生除成绩外的特长来确定。
One of the key points in class management is to give full play to the strengths of students. Avoid weaknesses and give students enough confidence. This management philosophy is more conducive to the healthy growth of students. In primary schools, teachers have a habitual thinking and always look at the students’ achievements with a supreme grade. This has a serious impact on the overall development of students. Therefore, I strongly try to reverse this tendency in class management. In the selection of class cadres, I changed the principle of supremacy of performance, but to see students in addition to the results to determine the expertise.
