在阿尔帕古特-多杜尔加褐煤矿,巷道围岩具有随着时间的变化而不断移动的特性,巷道围岩的这种移动,常常使支架发生高达1.5m 的严重变形。对巷道的观测结果表明,底鼓是造成巷道垂直移近的主要原因。本文对利用底板粘结锚杆和用喷射混凝土覆盖的拱形金属支架联合支护来控制膨胀性移动的设计方案作了简要介绍.为了完善起见,还着重介绍了引起膨胀的主要机理。
In the Arguteut-Doğulga brown coal mine, the surrounding rock of the roadway has the characteristic of being constantly changing with the passage of time. Such movement of the surrounding rock of the roadway often causes severe deformation of the support body up to 1.5m. The observation results of the roadway show that the bottom drum is the main cause of the vertical movement of the roadway. In this paper, the design scheme of controlling the expansive movement by the joint support of bottom plate and arched metal bracket covered with shotcrete is introduced briefly. For the sake of perfection, the main mechanism of expansion is also introduced.
