2003年元月,笔者有幸在澳大利亚参加了为期20天的培训学习。在墨尔本皇家理工大学技术教育学院、维多利亚大学听取了专业授课,实地考察了澳大利亚全国培训局、澳大利亚联邦教育与科技部、TAFE(Technical andFurther Education,简称TAFE)成人培训学院等职业培训机构,对澳大利亚职业教育与培训的历史、现状、管理体制及促进政策等问题有了初步的了解。其中,印象最深的是澳大利亚很有特色的新学徒制度,对我国探索建立新学徒制度,完善职业教育市场培训机制有很大的借鉴意义。
January 2003, I was fortunate enough to participate in Australia for a period of 20 days of training and learning. At the Royal Institute of Technology Institute of Technology Melbourne, Victoria University to listen to professional teaching, field trips to the Australian National Training Council, the Australian Federal Ministry of Education and Science, TAFE (TAFE) Adult Training Institute and other vocational training institutions, Australia Vocational education and training history, status quo, management system and policies to promote a preliminary understanding. Among them, the most impressed is Australia’s new apprenticeship system, which is of great reference to our country to explore the establishment of a new apprenticeship system and improve the vocational education market training mechanism.
