《语文课程标准》指出:“口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力。”而语文课程是培养和提高学生口语交际能力的主阵地,低段教学是培养和提高口语能力的关键阶段。因而在小学教学中应特别注重低段学生口语交际能力的训练。根据低段学生的年龄特点和心理特征,创设良好、民主、和谐、愉快的课堂氛围,利用灵活多变的教学手段和方法来激发学生口语交际的热情,让学生轻松主动地进行口语交际,促使学生敢说、想说、爱说,从而提高他们的口语交际能力。
“Chinese Curriculum Standard” states: “Oral communicative competence is an essential ability of modern citizens.” Language courses, however, are the main front for cultivating and enhancing students’ oral communicative competence.
