目的探讨医护一体化应用于骨科实践中的效果。方法选取深圳市宝安区中心医院2015年12月-2016年6月骨科收治的95例患者为对照组,以常规模式开展医护工作,另选2016年6-12月骨科收治的95例患者为观察组,实施一体化模式,对两组患者检查预约等待时间、正确执行医嘱时间、异常结果反馈时间、住院时间、患者满意度等进行观察。结果观察组患者检查预约等待时间、正确执行医嘱时间、异常结果反馈时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意率为93.68%高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科医疗工作中实施医护一体化模式效果满意,可缩短患者就医时各流程时间,更能提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of integration of medical care and practice in orthopedic practice. Methods A total of 95 orthopedic patients from Bao’an District Central Hospital of Shenzhen City from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group. The health care work was conducted in the conventional mode. Another 95 patients admitted to orthopedic department from June to December in 2016 were enrolled in this study. Group, the implementation of the integration model, the two groups of patients to check the waiting time, the correct implementation of the doctor’s advice time, abnormal results feedback time, length of stay, patient satisfaction were observed. Results The patients in the observation group had a significantly lower waiting time, the correct execution of the doctor’s orders, the abnormal feedback time and the length of stay in the observation group compared with the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.68% higher than that of the control group Of 78.95%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of integrated mode of health care in orthopedic medical work is satisfactory, which can shorten the time of patients’ medical treatment and enhance patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
