系统研究了不同回火和时效工艺对SA335 P92钢焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,SA335 P92钢焊接接头760℃回火后的硬度和冲击性能均优于740℃回火处理和三次修复;相同应力下,三次修复试样的蠕变断裂速率显著快于另两种工艺试样,这表明SA335 P92钢焊接接头修复次数不应超过两次。经回火处理后,焊缝力学性能随时效时间延长降低;时效导致热影响区的软化区从距熔合线3 mm移到距熔合线2 mm处。
The effects of different tempering and aging processes on the mechanical properties of SA335 P92 steel welded joints were systematically studied. The results show that the hardness and impact properties of SA335 P92 steel welded joints after tempering at 760 ℃ are better than that of 740 ℃ tempering and three times repairs. Under the same stress, the creep rupture rates of the three repaired specimens are significantly faster than those of the other two processes Sample, which indicates that SA335 P92 steel welded joints should not be repaired more than twice. After tempering, the mechanical properties of the weld decrease with the aging time. The aging causes the softening zone in the HAZ to move from 3 mm away from the weld line to 2 mm away from the weld line.
