我市3家医院1995年～1998年住院的45例病毒性心肌炎患儿,男21例,女24例;年龄3岁～14岁;23例在起病1月内入院;均符合1983年九省市心肌炎协作组修订的病毒性心肌炎诊断标准。非心肌炎对照组41例,男22例,女19例;年龄2.5岁～14岁。采用上海长征医学科学有限公司的CK-MB试剂,由自动生化分析仪在30℃测定,以血清CK-MB>16U/L为阳性。所有研究对象均有ECG、Holter、超声心动图、胸片及相关化验资料。结
45 patients with viral myocarditis hospitalized in 3 hospitals in our city from 1995 to 1998 were 21 males and 24 females, aged from 3 to 14 years old; 23 patients were admitted within 1 month of onset; all of them were in compliance with 1983 Provincial myocarditis collaborative group revised diagnostic criteria for viral myocarditis. Non-myocarditis control group of 41 cases, 22 males and 19 females; aged 2.5 to 14 years. Using CK-MB reagent of Shanghai Changzheng Medical Science Co., Ltd., it was determined by automatic biochemical analyzer at 30 ℃, and the serum CK-MB> 16U / L was positive.
