第一章:总则第一条:为规范食品经营许可,根据《食品经营许可审查通则(试行)》、《重庆市食品经营许可管理实施办法》等规定,制定本细则。第二条:本细则适用于重庆市食品药品监督管理部门(以下简称为食品药品监管部门)对食品经营许可申请的审查。第三条:食品药品监管部门按照经营者主体业态、经营类别和经营项目,并考虑食品安全风险高低对食品经营许可申请进行分类审查。
Chapter I: General Provisions Article 1: In order to standardize the food business license, these Rules are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the General Rules for the Examination and Approval of Food Business Permits (Trial Implementation) and the Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licensing in Chongqing. Article 2: These Detailed Rules apply to the review of the application for food business license by the Food and Drug Administration of Chongqing Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Food and Drug Regulatory Department). Article 3: The food and drug regulatory authorities shall conduct a classification review of food business permission applications in accordance with the format, operation type and business items of the main business operators, taking into account the risks of food safety risks.
