昆明贵金属研究所,用衍射仪法,从数学函数f{A_i[N_K(θ)}关系上导出七种晶系的最小二乘法正则方程,扩展了Cohen的方法,用扩展BASIC语言编写了六种晶系的计算程序(除三斜晶系外)。借助计算机求解正则方程,在保证样品纯度(≥99.99%)和粒度(≈0.1μm),具有完整结晶度以及选择合适的实验条件制样方法的情况下,可保证点阵常数测量的有效误差在±0.04~0.00001A以内(1A=10~(-10)m),克服作图外推繁琐费时,精度不高等缺点。
Kunming Institute of Precious Metals, the least-squares least squares regular equations of the seven crystal systems are derived from the mathematical function f {A_i [N_K (θ)} using the diffractometer method. The method of Cohen is extended, and six Crystallographic calculation program (except triclinic). Solving the canonical equations by computer can guarantee the effective error of the lattice constant measurement under the condition of ensuring the purity of the sample (≥99.99%) and the particle size (≈0.1μm), the complete crystallinity and choosing the appropriate experimental conditions for preparing the sample. ± 0.04 ~ 0.00001A or less (1A = 10 ~ (-10) m), to overcome the shortcomings of cumbersome and time-consuming extrapolation of mapping, the accuracy is not high and so on.
