轻质混凝土实心砌块建筑,特别是蒸养密实硅酸盐砌块(粉煤灰砌块)建筑的抗震问题是人们十分关心的,对于这类产品在地震设防区推广应用关系很大。本文通过对砌块建筑的震情调查,并和邻近砖混建筑震害对比,说明轻质混凝土实心砌块建筑较砖混结构建筑具有比较良好的抗震性能。这类建筑受震破坏情况与砖混建筑大不相同,具有顶层较底层破坏加重的特征,本文就此提出一些初步看法和建议措施。
The seismic resistance of lightweight concrete solid block buildings, especially those of steamed and densely-packed silicate blocks (fly ash blocks), is of great concern to the public. The promotion and application of these products in the earthquake protection zone is very important. In this paper, through the investigation of the seismicity of the block building, and compared with the damage of adjacent brick-concrete buildings, it is shown that the lightweight concrete solid block building has better seismic performance than the brick-concrete structure. The damage of such buildings is not the same as that of masonry and concrete construction. It has the characteristics of aggravating the damage on the top floor and the bottom floor. This article puts forward some preliminary opinions and suggestions on this issue.
