目的:研究神经生长因子受体(P75NGFR)在先天性巨结肠(HD)中的分布及其与HD发生的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术对30例HD患儿进行检测,观察各段肠管中P75NGFR的分布情况。结果:正常肠段的粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中有大量的P75NGFR阳性纤维,粘膜下和肌间神经丛中神经节细胞表现为P75NGFR强阳性,痉挛段肠管粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中P75NGFR阳性纤维明显减少或缺如,粘膜下和肌间粗大神经纤维的神经束膜表现为P75NGFR强阳性,象一个环包绕在周围。结论:P75NGFR在HD痉挛段中的异常分布可能与HD的发生有关,P75NGFR染色可作为诊断HD的方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of nerve growth factor receptor (P75NGFR) in Hirschsprung ’s disease (HD) and its relationship with HD. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect 30 cases of HD in children. The distribution of P75NGFR in each segment of intestine was observed. Results: There were many P75NGFR positive fibers in the lamina propria and mucosa of normal intestine. The ganglion cells in submucosa and myenteric plexus were strongly positive for P75NGFR. P75NGFR in lamina propria and mucosa of spasm segment Positive fibers were significantly reduced or absent, and the perineurium of submucosal and intramuscular coarser nerve fibers showed strong positive P75NGFR, wrapping around as a ring. Conclusion: The abnormal distribution of P75NGFR in HD spasticity may be related to the development of HD. P75NGFR staining may be one of the methods to diagnose HD.
