目的 进一步明确鼻咽癌染色体 7q32的 D7S5 0 0 - D7S495附近区域高频率等位基因缺失的范围。方法 采用更高密度的微卫星标记位点 ,分析 30个鼻咽癌病例等位基因杂合性缺失的情况。结果30例患者中有 19例 (6 3.3% )存在杂合性缺失 ;D7S5 0 0 - D7S5 0 9- D7S495是高频率缺失集中的区域 ,共同缺失区在 D7S5 0 9附近。结论 D7S5 0 9附近可能存在与鼻咽癌发病相关的抑癌基因
Objective To further clarify the range of high frequency alleles deletion in the region of D7S5 0 0 - D7S495 on chromosome 7q32 of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A higher density of microsatellite markers was used to analyze the loss of allelic heterozygosity in 30 NPC cases. Results There were 19 heterozygous deletions in 6 out of 30 cases (6 3.3%). D7S5 0 0 - D7S5 0 9-D7S495 was a high-frequency loss-focused region with a common deletion region around D7S5 0 9. Conclusion There may be tumor suppressor genes associated with the pathogenesis of NPC in the vicinity of D7S5 0 9
