从2002年2月举行的黑龙江省“61号令”宣贯活动历时300天,由黑龙江省电视台举办的“哈石化公司炼油杯”消防知识竞赛终于拉上帷幕。 此次大赛,在全省13个地市进行了广泛宣传,近万个单位、100余万人得到了有关“61号令”知识的教育,为黑龙江省实现消防社会化做出了应有的贡献。据公安部消防局宣传处长肖惠芳讲:“相信黑龙江通过持之以恒、坚持不懈的努力,消防工作的社会化进程将不断加快。消防工作也将在‘全面建设小康社会’的目标实现中发挥积极作用。
