通过乳液储存稳定性观察、粒径分布测试,考察了阴/非离子表面活性剂中复配体系浓度、乳化剂的添加方式、乳化方法以及阴/非离子表面活性剂的配比对甲苯/水的水包油(O/W)乳液粒径的影响.当壬基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚(TX-4)与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配质量比为3∶7,乳化剂总质量分数为5%,乳化剂的添加方式为将亲水亲油的乳化剂分别溶解在水和油中,然后将油相逐滴加入到水相中进行乳化,乳化方法采用超声功率400W,时间为15min时,可以得到粒径为0.72μm的O/W型乳液,该乳液粒径分布和稳定机理符合奥氏熟化效应.
