目的 研究顺铂对豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞的钙激活的钾电流的作用。方法 应用膜片钳技术从单离的豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞获得钙激活的钾通道记录 ,并观察顺铂对它的作用。结果 结果表明该通道活动受到细胞外的浓度为 10 - 5 M的顺铂的抑制。结论 豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞的钙激活的钾通道是顺铂的作用位点之一
Objective To investigate the effect of cisplatin on calcium-activated potassium currents in cochlear outer hair cells of guinea pigs. Methods Patch clamp technique was used to obtain calcium-activated potassium channels recorded from isolated cochlear outer hair cells of guinea pigs and observed the effect of cisplatin on it. Results The results show that this channel activity is inhibited by extracellular extracellular cisplatin at a concentration of 10-5 M. Conclusion Calcium-activated potassium channels in cochlear outer hair cells of guinea pigs are one of the sites of cisplatin
