目的了解温度计生产过程中汞蒸气对环境和作业工人健康的危害。方法通过对某体温计厂的职业卫生调查和接触汞作业工人的职业健康检查结果,并结合该厂历年的作业环境中汞蒸气的监测结果,采用职业流行病学方法对资料进行统计分析。结果该体温计厂以女工为主,作业工人口腔疾病患病率为55.04%,神经系统疾病患病率为6.42%,尿总汞值检测异常率为92.66%。结论该厂生产过程中产生的汞蒸气对作业工人的危害极大,尤其是育龄期妇女,应加强职业卫生防护,保护作业工人身体健康。
Objective To understand the hazards of mercury vapor to the environment and the health of workers during thermometer production. Methods Based on the occupational health survey of a thermometer factory and the results of occupational health examination of workers exposed to mercury, the data were analyzed by occupational epidemiological method in combination with the monitoring results of mercury vapor in the operating environment of the plant over the years. Results The thermometer factory mainly consisted of female workers. The prevalence of oral diseases was 55.04%, the prevalence of nervous system diseases was 6.42%, and the abnormal urine total mercury detection rate was 92.66%. Conclusion The mercury vapor generated during the production of this plant is very harmful to workers. Especially for women of childbearing age, occupational health protection should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.
