本文报道以同位素~(60)钴γ射线,紫外线,远红外线三种射线对田七粉辐射灭菌的观察,结果为γ射线辐射效果最佳。并通过紫外光谱和薄层层析等方法对γ射线辐射后的粉剂进行分析,结果表明成分没有明显变化。
This paper reports the radiation sterilization of Tianqi powder using three rays of isotope ~ (60) cobalt gamma ray, ultraviolet ray and far infrared ray. The result is that gamma ray radiation is the best. The powders irradiated by γ-rays were analyzed by UV spectroscopy and thin layer chromatography. The results showed that the composition did not change significantly.
