阳离子聚合电解质能与阴离子荧光试剂形成胶体复合物，应用氟利昂除去该复合物，结果使体系的荧光强度降低。实验表明：体系荧光强度的变化值与阳离子聚合电解质的含量成正比。
Cationic polyelectrolytes can form a colloidal complex with an anionic fluorescent agent, removing the complex with Freon, resulting in a decrease in the fluorescence intensity of the system. The experimental results show that the change of fluorescence intensity of the system is proportional to the content of cationic polyelectrolyte.
