本文报告三例多发性心肌梗死（ＭＩ）。急性远隔部位ＭＩ的同时，使陈旧性ＭＩ的病Ｑ波突然消失。这种掩盖现象可能是由于原梗死区对侧的心肌电动势消失所致。陈旧性ＭＩ心电图突然“正常化”，应警惕再发ＭＩ的可能。
This article reports three cases of multiple myocardial infarction (MI). Acute distal MI at the same time, so that the old MI’s Q wave suddenly disappeared. This masking phenomenon may be due to the original infarction area contralateral myocardial electromotive force disappeared. Old MI ECG sudden “normalization”, should be alert to the possibility of recurrent MI.
