通过经济手段对电厂的发电行为加以引导是未来电力市场的发展方向。针对大规模风电并网下的风—火协同发电难题,设计最优跟踪控制策略。实时电价作为控制变量,火电厂的电价响应特性作为约束条件,市场的供需平衡作为目标函数。应用信息融合算法,综合火电状态反馈及风电预报前馈,在滚动时域上优化电价序列。通过收益变化引导火电厂主动参与系统调峰,确保风—火发电总量对负荷的动态跟踪,实现电网对风电的有效消纳。数值仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性,其定价—应价的互动策略可作为电力系统管理和火电厂出力的决策参考。
It is the future direction of the electricity market to guide the generation of power plants through economic means. In view of the wind-fire co-generation problem under large-scale wind power grid integration, the optimal tracking control strategy is designed. The real-time electricity price is taken as the control variable, the price response characteristic of the thermal power plant is taken as the constraint condition, and the market supply-demand balance is taken as the objective function. The information fusion algorithm is applied to optimize the sequence of electricity prices in the rolling time domain by synthesizing the state feedback of thermal power and the feedforward of wind power forecasting. Through the change of benefits, the thermal power plant is actively involved in the system peak regulation to ensure the dynamic tracking of the total load of wind-thermal power generation to realize the effective dissipation of wind power by the power grid. The numerical simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The pricing strategy - the interactive pricing strategy can serve as a reference for power system management and thermal power plant output.
