在传统三角带传动人工设计中,设计效率低,若要取得20余个设计参数,需查9个线图及数表,并作11个算式的繁琐手工计算。为提高设计速度和质量,特设计研制了CAD软件,并在EAGLE微机(IBM兼容机)上调试通过,经运行了若干例题,证明此软件功能全,速度快,操作方便。一、关于选型图的处理(见图1) 1如主动轮最大转速N_1超过N_(1max)(7000r/min),即超过选型图上限,则不能选型,须重输N_1。 2如Pc-N_1点落在选型图右方空白处,或压在P_L线上,则属超出选型图范围,须重输N_1,P_C或其中之一。 3 P_M为某带型曲线最高点,P_L为极限
In the traditional design of belt-driven transmission artificial design, the design efficiency is low. If more than 20 design parameters are to be obtained, 9 line graphs and number tables need to be checked and the cumbersome manual calculation of 11 formulas is required. In order to improve the design speed and quality, specially designed and developed CAD software, and debugged on the EAGLE microcomputer (IBM compatible machine), after running a number of examples to prove that this software features full, fast, easy to operate. (1) If the maximum rotation speed N_1 of the driving wheel exceeds N_ (1max) (7000r / min), that is, it exceeds the upper limit of the selection chart, it can not be selected. 2 If the point Pc-N_1 falls on the right margin of the selection chart or press on the line P_L, it will be beyond the selection chart range. It is necessary to retransmit N_1, P_C or one of them. 3 P_M is the highest point of a strip curve, P_L is the limit
