本实验室合成的新光度试剂5-[(4′-二乙氨基苯基)-偶氮]-8-羟基喹啉(简称5-DEPAQ)能与铜、镉、钴、镍、锌等金属离子发生灵敏的显色反应。本文研究该试剂与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,在吐温-80的增溶作用下,pH为6.5~8.7时形成稳定的1:2(Cu:R)红色配合物,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(530)=6.19×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),铜含量在0~1.5μg·ml~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律。镉、钴、锰、镍、锌等元素的干扰可采用掩蔽差减光度法消除。试验部分一主要试剂与仪器铜标准溶液:10μg·ml~(-1) 5-DEPAQ溶液:8.0×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)二甲基甲酰胺溶液
