以深圳市沙井排水泵站为例,采用三维模拟软件CFD对泵站前池整流进行了数值模拟及水力优化,并利用物理模型试验进行了验证。结果表明,在一定水力损失范围内,前池的配水渠段加设挡水堰并进行改进后,能明显改善水流流态,有助于减弱甚至消除侧向斜交水流惯性作用产生的偏流现象,可为泵站侧向斜交进水方式的研究提供参考。
Taking Shajing Drainage Pumping Station in Shenzhen as an example, numerical simulation and hydraulic optimization of the forebay rectifier in the pumping station were carried out by using three-dimensional simulation software CFD. The physical model test was used to verify the results. The results show that when the retaining weirs are added to the distribution channels of the forecake and improved, the flow pattern can be significantly improved within a certain range of hydraulic losses, which helps to reduce or even eliminate the drift phenomenon caused by the inertia of the lateral bias flow , Which can provide a reference for the research on the way of pumping water obliquely in the pumping station.
