以常压气相苯加氢为探针反应,首次考察了酸改性前后海泡石的加入对非晶态NiB合金催化剂的加氢及抗硫性能的影响;用TPR、TPD表征了催化剂的表面性质,测定了酸改性前后海泡石的比表面及孔径分布,并与活性进行了关联.结果表明,加入海泡石显著地提高了非晶态NiB合金的催化活性和抗硫性;提高的幅度随制备方法的不同而异.其原因为NiB与海泡石之间存在相互作用,改变了NiB合金的还原性能和吸附性能.酸改性后脱镁率在10%~36%范围内的海泡石的改性效果均比未改性的海泡石的效果好,这主要是因为随改性深度的增加,微孔逐渐向中孔扩展,更有利于苯加氢反应的进行.
The effect of the addition of sepiolite before and after acid modification on the hydrogenation and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy catalysts was investigated by using atmospheric hydrogenation of benzene as the probe. The surface of the catalyst was characterized by TPR and TPD Properties, the specific surface area and pore size distribution of the sepiolite before and after the acid modification were measured, and its activity was correlated.The results showed that the addition of sepiolite significantly improved the catalytic activity and sulfur resistance of the amorphous NiB alloy; Varies with the preparation method.The reason is the interaction between NiB and sepiolite, changing the reduction performance and adsorption performance of NiB alloy.The degree of magnesium removal after acid modification is in the range of 10% -36% Of the sepiolite modified effect than the unmodified sepiolite effect, mainly because with the increase of the depth of modification, pore expansion to the mesopores, more conducive to benzene hydrogenation reaction.
