对于东风_4B型机车而言,如果测速发电机CF发生故障,即使使用故障励磁也是无能为力的。据统计,我段自1987年运用该型机车以来,已有多起类似事故发生。为此,我们经过多次试验,确定了以启动发电机QD代替CF向励磁机L提供励磁电流的方法。实践证明:该方法简便易行,易于掌握。而且,不需对机车进行任何加装改造。操作时,只需要2根短接线即可,熟练者可在1分钟内处理完毕,能有效地防止事故的发生。该方法已在我段普遍推广,收到了明显效果。
For Dongfeng _4B locomotive, if the tachogenerator CF fails, even if the use of fault excitation is powerless.
