本文通过大量的试验证明了把等离子体技术用在热处理领域具有很大的优越性。通过试验获得了等离子热处理的最佳工艺参数并通过与常规热处理试验对比得出27SiMn钢用等离子热处理比常规热处理σ_(?)高10%,冲击韧性高50%,硬度高7~8%。并简要分析了原因。
