本文通过对农产品个体实物质感的硬度、PH值、肉质透明度以及肉质细腻度对农产品保鲜包装影响的描述,深刻揭示影响农产品保鲜包装的个体实物质感的原因。
In this paper, the description of the influence of freshness and packaging of agricultural products on the hardness, PH value, flesh transparency and meat quality of agricultural products is presented to reveal the reason of the physical substance of fresh produce.
