目的:查明我军基础训练中过劳性损伤的发病情况及分布特征.方法:采用整群抽样的方法,于1997年1~3月对某步兵团参加该年度基础训练的638名新兵进行前瞻性研究.结果:过劳性损伤的累积发生率为35.1%,占总伤率(47.3%)的74.2%,第7,8,9三周为损伤高峰,损伤部位依次为小腿、足/踝、膝等,致伤课目主要为5km越野跑及障碍.应力性骨折的发生率为27.4%,占过劳性损伤的78.1%.结论:过劳性损伤占新兵基础训练中军训伤的74.2%,其防治应针对应力性骨折等下肢损伤,短期内不应过快增加运动量,训练应遵循由浅入深、循序渐进的原则,以减少部队过劳性损伤的发生.
Objective: To find out the incidence and distribution characteristics of overwork injuries in basic training of our army.Methods: Using the method of cluster sampling, from January to March 1997, 638 recruits participated in basic training of this infantry regiment for this year Results The cumulative incidence of overwork injury was 35.1%, accounting for 74.2% of the total injury rate (47.3%). The third, seventh, the eighth and the ninth weeks were the peak of injury, followed by the lower leg, Ankle, knee, etc. The main injury course was 5km cross-country running and obstacle.The incidence of stress fracture was 27.4%, accounting for 78.1% of injury caused by over-labor.Conclusion: The overwork injury accounted for 74.2 %, The prevention and treatment should focus on stress fractures and other lower limb injuries, the short term should not be too fast increase the amount of exercise, training should follow the principle of more shallow, step by step to reduce the incidence of over-injury of troops.
