一、前言在密封箱式炉(即多用炉)中采用滴注式可控气氛热处理,同带有气体发生炉的可控气氛热处理相比,由于不需要发生炉,故投资和使用费用低,而且操作维护也方便。本文介绍采用甲醇作载体气,煤油作为渗碳气氛,直接滴入多用炉内,以红外仪为检测手段,通过对工作炉气氛中 CO_2%含量的控制来实现对炉气碳势的自动控制。在碳氮共渗时通过加氨量的变化与对 CO_2%含量的控制实现碳势控制和氮势的调节。
