正当全川人民满怀信心地开始实施“八五”计划,为实现社会主义现代化建设第二步战略目标而努力奋斗的时候,迎来了《四川农业科技》创刊100期纪念日。借此机会,我代表四川省农牧厅,向关心支持刊物创办发行的各级领导、有关部门和社会各界表示衷心的感谢,向编辑出版刊物付出艰辛的全体编辑同志和通讯员表示谢意,向广大热心的读者表示问候。
At a time when the entire Sichuan people started implementing the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” with full confidence and worked hard to realize the second-phase strategic goal of socialist modernization, the 100th anniversary of “Sichuan Agricultural Science and Technology” was started.
