Ｆａｓ蛋白属于肿瘤坏死因子和神经生长因子受体超家族成员之一。人类的Ｆａｓ蛋白由３２５个氨基酸组成，为一种跨膜蛋白，在细胞凋亡过程中，起着独特的信号传导作用，并与多种疾病的病理过程密切相关。
Fas protein is a member of tumor necrosis factor and nerve growth factor receptor superfamily. Human Fas protein consists of 325 amino acids, a transmembrane protein that plays a unique signaling role in the process of apoptosis and is closely related to the pathological process of many diseases.
