铰接式装载机转向时,前后车架间折角发生变化,由于变速箱安装在后车架上,前驱动桥固定在前车架上,因而变速箱的输出轴与前驱动桥主传动器的输入轴间夹角也相应发生变化,为满足变角度传动要求,铰接式装载机前驱动轴普遍采用结构简单的两个十字轴万向节传动,即由两万向节三传动轴组成。但有时因从动轴较长,将其制成两段,用万向节相联(此两段间角度不变化),但要加中间支承(见图1),即三万向节四传动轴。
