教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾明确地对教师提出了多阅读书籍的要求:“读书,读书,再读书——这是教师的教育素养这个品质所要求的。”可见,一个教师的专业成长与多读书、读好书是息息相关的。而语文教师作为语文教学的核心引导部分,更应从广泛并有针对性的阅读当中汲取知识,补充理论,开阔视野,掌握技巧;然后把从课本所获得的一切与自己的实际教学工作相结合起来,最终让学生获益的同时自己也得到了成长。
