人才素质模型作为新型的人才测评技术和分析工具,在企业人才引进、培训、培养中的作用日益凸显。因地制宜,开发和构建多纬度人才素质模型是大势所趋,迫在眉睫。本文针对素质模型的特点和建模方法,就中石油海外油气业务人才素质模型构建进行了总结回顾,并试图拓展和延伸素质模型的内涵和应用价值。 Talent quality model as a new talent assessment techniques and analysis tools, talent introduction, training and training of enterprises has become increasingly prominent role.
