目的:比较Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测量角膜横径(WTW)结果的差异。方法:前瞻性研究。分析重庆华厦眼科医院2018年5月至2019年4月就诊的准备行有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术(ICL手术)的近视91例(179眼)的临床资料,在屈光手术前分别采用Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规三种方法测量角膜横径,对三种测量的结果进行对比。结果:Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测得的角膜横径均值分别为(11.83±0.35)mm,(12.00±0.36)mm和(11.61±0.33)mm,三者之间差异有统计学意义(n P=0.000)。Sirius与IOLMaster, Sirius与两脚规,IOLMaster与两脚规测量结果均高度相关(n R=0.898,0.930,0.847,n P=0.000,0.000,0.000)。Bland-Altman分析显示Sirius与IOLMaster的95%一致性界限范围为-0.488~0.140 mm, Sirius与两脚规的95%一致性界限为-0.031~0.474 mm,IOLMaster与两脚规的95%一致性界限为-0.018~0.773 mm。n 结论:Sirius、IOLMaster及两脚规测量的角膜横径相关程度高,Sirius与IOLMaster、两脚规测量角膜横径的一致性好,IOLMaster与两脚规测量角膜横径的一致性差。“,”Objective:To compare the differences of the corneal transverse diameter (WTW) measured with Sirius, IOLMaster and calipers.Methods:This was a prospective study. The clinical data of 179 eyes of 91 cases of myopia, who underwent phakic intraocular lens implantation(ICL) from May 2018 to Feb. 2019 in Chongqing Huaxia Eye Hospital were analyzed. Before refractive surgery, the WTW were measured with Sirius, IOLMaster and calipers. The results of measurement with three methods were compared.Results:The WTW measured with Sirius, IOLMaster and calipers were (11.83±0.35) mm, (12.00±0.36) mm and (11.61±0.33) mm respectively. The differences were statistically significant among three methods (n P=0.000). There were high correlation of WTW between Sirius and IOLMaster, Sirius and calipers, IOLMaster and calipers (n R=0.898, 0.930, 0.847, n P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000). Bland-Altman analysis showed that the 95% of consisitency limits was -0.488-0.140 mm of Sirius and IOLMaster, -0.031-0.474 mm of Sirius and calipers, -0.018-0.773 mm of IOLMaster and calipers.n Conclusion:The WTW measured with Sirius is highly correlated with IOLMaster and calipers. Sirius has good consistency with IOLMaster and calipers, and IOLMaster has poor consistency with calipers in measuring WTW.
