目的观察20例急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法将20例的临床症状、诊断、治疗等资料作回顾性分析。结果 20例经2～4个疗程治疗,住院42～65d,安全出院,无死亡病例。后遗症有听力下降1例,耳鸣2例,记忆减退4例,不能站立行走3例,反应迟钝2例。1～2年后随访复查,复发1例,失眠2例,抑郁症2例。结论脑梗死的发病原因复杂而多,与高血压、高血脂、高血糖、高血黏稠度、高龄、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒等因素有密切关系。CT与MRI检查是主要诊断依据。中药制剂是研究治疗脑梗死的重要方向。
Objective To observe the curative effect of 20 cases of acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods 20 cases of clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and other data for retrospective analysis. Results 20 cases were treated by 2 to 4 courses and hospitalized for 42-65 days. All patients were discharged safely without any deaths. Sequelae of hearing loss in 1 case, tinnitus in 2 cases, memory loss in 4 cases, can not stand walking in 3 cases, 2 cases of unresponsive. One to two years follow-up review, 1 case of recurrence, 2 cases of insomnia, depression in 2 cases. Conclusions The causes of cerebral infarction are complicated and many, and are closely related to such factors as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, high blood viscosity, aging, obesity, smoking and drinking. CT and MRI examination is the main diagnosis. Chinese medicine is an important direction for the study of treatment of cerebral infarction.
