建立了蜡隔热启动双重聚合酶链反应同时检测临床泌尿生殖道样品中的淋病奈瑟菌和沙眼衣原体的方法。对175份临床样品进行了检测,其中淋病奈瑟菌阳性20例,占11.4%,沙眼衣原体阳性39例,占22.3%,淋病奈瑟菌和沙眼衣原体双重感染12例,占6.9%,做了单一PCR与双重PCR对照,结果完全相符,并对阳性PCR产物进行了限制性酶切鉴定。本实验表明,双重PCR对于临床检测淋病奈瑟菌和沙眼衣原体是一快捷、高效、简单、实用的辅助诊断工具
A method of wax-insulated start-up duplex polymerase chain reaction for the simultaneous detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis in clinical urogenital samples was established. A total of 175 clinical samples were tested, including 20 cases of Neisseria gonorrhoeae positive (11.4%), 39 cases of Chlamydia trachomatis (22.3%), 12 cases of double infection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis, accounting for 6 .9%, made a single PCR and double PCR control, the results are completely consistent, and positive PCR products were identified by restriction enzyme digestion. This experiment shows that dual PCR is a fast, efficient, simple and practical auxiliary diagnostic tool for the clinical detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis
