目的:建立HPLC测定鸡骨香中的药效成分chettaphaninⅡ的含量的方法,并比较不同批次鸡骨香的含量差异,为该药材质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:Phenomenex Luna(2)C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水洗脱系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长355 nm,柱温30℃。结果:ChettaphaninⅡ的回归方程为Y=2×106X-166 725(r=0.999 8),在0.255~7.65μg线性关系良好。鸡骨香中chettaphanie含量在0.472~1.069 mg·g-1。结论:该法准确灵敏,稳定可靠,可用于鸡骨香药材质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of chettaphanin Ⅱ in Gouxianxiang by HPLC, and to compare the content difference of different kinds of Gouxiao in different batches so as to provide the basis for the formulation of the quality standard of this herb. METHODS: Phenomenex Luna (2) C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water were used for elution. The detection wavelength was 355 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The regression equation of Chettaphanin Ⅱ was Y = 2 × 106X-166 725 (r = 0.999 8), and the linear relationship was good at 0.255 ~ 7.65 μg. The content of chettaphanie in chicken bone incense is 0.472 ~ 1.069 mg · g-1. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive, stable and reliable, and can be used for quality control of chicken bone fragrant herbs.
