制备了复合轻型导电导磁材料与环氧树脂吸波涂层 ,用 3cm波导式测量线在 9.2GHz测量其电磁参数及吸波性能 .实验结果表明 ,复合导电导磁材料与环氧树脂的质量分数对吸波涂层的电磁参数及吸波性能有较大影响 ,当复合导电导磁材料与环氧树脂的质量分数为 5 0 % ,涂层厚度为 1.7mm时 ,吸波效果最好 .其吸收峰值为 3 4dB ,大于 10dB的有效带宽 ,达 11GHz
A composite light conductive and magnetic conductive material and an epoxy resin wave absorbing coating were prepared and their electromagnetic parameters and absorbing performance were measured by using a 3cm waveguide measuring line at 9.2GHz.The experimental results show that the mass of the composite conductive and magnetic conductive material and the epoxy resin The fraction has a great influence on the electromagnetic parameters and absorbing performance of the absorbing coating. When the composite conductive magnetic material and the epoxy resin mass fraction is 50%, the coating thickness is 1.7mm, the absorbing effect is the best. The absorption peak of 34dB, more than 10dB of effective bandwidth, up to 11GHz
