目的:研究针刺百会、风池穴对神经性皮炎模型大鼠中枢神经递质影响。方法:采用局部皮肤摩擦刺激与慢性轻度不可预见性的应激方法相结合制备神经性皮炎大鼠模型,在造模成功的基础上,给予针刺百会、风池穴,采用ELISA法检测组织上清液中ACH、NE和5-HT含量。结果:模型组大鼠下丘脑中ACH含量明显升高,而NE和5-HT含量则明显降低,与正常组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);经治疗后,各治疗组大鼠下丘脑中ACH含量明显降低,NE和5-HT含量则有不同程度的升高,与模型组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过治疗前后中枢递质水平含量的改变,我们可以推测出针刺百会、风池穴能够调控中枢神经递质水平,是其治疗神经性皮炎的作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of acupuncture at Baihui and Fengchi on CNS neurotransmitter in neurodermatitis model rats. Methods: Neurodermatitis rat model was prepared by local skin friction stimulation and chronic mild unpredictable stress method. On the basis of successful modeling, acupuncture was given to Baihui and Fengchi acupoints, Tissue supernatant ACH, NE and 5-HT content. Results: The content of ACH in hypothalamus of model group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.01) The content of ACH in the hypothalamus of rats decreased significantly, while the content of NE and 5-HT increased in different degree. Compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Through the changes of neurotransmitter levels before and after treatment, we can speculate that acupuncture at Baihui and Fengchi acupoints can regulate the level of CNS neurotransmitter, which is one of the mechanisms of its action in treating neurodermatitis.
