对三叶片和七叶片的离心泵叶轮流道中的流谱,用圆柱形探针及油膜法分别进行了测定。七叶片(足够数量)叶轮在设计流量下工作时,测得的速度与压力分布情况和数值解法所得结果几乎一致,后者来自以势流为基础的理论公式。三叶片(数量不够)叶轮的流谱与七叶片叶轮流谱相比,无论在设计条件下和非设计条件下都相差甚远。由叶轮流道内速度测定资料推算出的滑移系数,与用一般公式求出的滑移系数比较,所得结果对七叶片叶轮有良好的一致性。
The flow patterns in the impeller runner of the three-bladed and seven-bladed centrifugal pumps were measured respectively by cylindrical probe and oil film method. The speed at which the seven-bladed (enough) impeller is working at the designed flow rate is almost in agreement with the pressure distribution and the numerical solution obtained from the theoretical model based on potential flow. Three leaves (not enough) The flow pattern of the impeller is far from that of the seven-bladed impeller in both design and non-design conditions. The slip coefficient deduced from the velocity measurement data in the impeller is compared with the slip coefficient calculated by the general formula, and the obtained results are in good agreement with the seven-blade impeller.
