目前国内市场上民用洗衣粉绝大部分是以直链烷基苯磺酸钠(简称LAS)为主要活性物制成的。多年来人们对洗衣粉对人体的安全性十分关心,国外学者对此有不同见解和争论(1~8)。本实验的目的,在于了解LAS在口服大剂量的情况下,其毒作用的表现、计算半数致死剂量(LD50),并利用急性毒性实验的资料与共它已知毒性的毒物进行初步比较,以得出毒性的概念,同时进行尸体解剖和病理形态学的观察,进一步分析死亡原因和中毒的敏感脏器。
At present, the majority of domestic laundry detergents are made of sodium linear alkyl benzene sulphonate (LAS for short) as the main active material. For many years people have been very concerned about the safety of detergents on the human body, and foreign scholars have different opinions and arguments (1~8). The purpose of this experiment is to understand the performance of LAS in the case of high-dose oral administration, to calculate the LD50, and to use the data of acute toxicity experiments to compare the toxicity of LAS with its known toxicity, and to obtain a preliminary comparison. The concept of toxicity was developed. At the same time, autopsy and pathomorphological observations were performed to further analyze the causes of death and the sensitive organs that were poisoned.
