酸洗是钢结构的一种除锈方法,以往国内酸洗除锈主要用于中、小型构件和轻钢结构,所用的酸池容积小。最近,武冶机修厂采用大型建筑钢结构酸沈除锈,除锈后的基层能达到S_a2级标准以上,符合防腐钢结构对基层处理的要求。酸洗除锈速度快,精度高,一个大型酸洗的生产率相当于8~10台杆枪的喷砂生产率,能满足工程高精度要求。与喷砂除锈比较,酸洗除锈的劳动强度较低,不易患职业病,环境污染较易控制;与抛丸比较,酸洗除锈设备简易,基本投资较低,容易上马。经工程实践证明,这种大型结构酸洗除锈效果较好。
Pickling is a rust removal method for steel structures. In the past, domestic pickling rust removal was mainly used for small and medium-sized components and light steel structures, and the acid pool used was small in volume. Recently, Wuye Machine Repair Factory adopts large-scale construction steel structure acid precipitation rust removal. The base layer after derusting can reach S_a2 level or above, and meet the requirements of anti-corrosion steel structure for primary treatment. The pickling rust removal speed is fast and the precision is high. The productivity of a large pickling is equivalent to the blasting productivity of 8 to 10 bar guns, which can meet the high precision requirements of the project. Compared with sand blasting and rust removal, pickling and rust removal have lower labor intensity, are less susceptible to occupational diseases, and are easier to control because of environmental pollution. Compared with shot blasting, pickling equipment is simple, and the basic investment is low and easy to start. The engineering practice has proved that this large-scale structure pickling rust effect is better.
