前一时期,有些地区、部门在招商引资中饥不择食、急功近利,以至出现不合法行为,这必须引起有关领导高度注意。不合法行为有:第一,盲目引进投资项目,违反国家法律法规。有些县市实行全员招商,并提出了“投资者是亲人,引资者是功臣”的口号。一些外出招商人员缺乏必要的法律意识和产业政策知识,导致盲目招商,甚至引进了一些严重违反国家法律法规和产业政策、污染环境损害人民利益的项目。
In the previous period, in some areas and departments, investment in hunger and food hungry, instant success, and even illegal behavior, which must draw the attention of the leaders concerned. Unlawful acts are: First, the blind introduction of investment projects, in violation of national laws and regulations. Some counties and cities all-round investment promotion and put forward the “investors are relatives, investors are the hero” slogan. Some out-going investment workers lack the necessary legal awareness and industrial policy knowledge, resulting in blind investment promotion and even the introduction of some serious violations of state laws, regulations and industrial policies, polluting the environment and damaging the interests of the people.
