本文根据已有实验结果对NH_3/CO_2复叠制冷系统高低温级压缩机绝热效率和容积效率进行了拟合。将得到的经验公式用于复叠制冷循环热力学分析,对最优低温级冷凝温度,最大COP和最优质量流量比分别进行了多元线性拟合,多元线性拟合一种形式是以蒸发温度、冷凝温度和复叠温差为变量,另一种是以蒸发温度、冷凝温度、复叠温差和高低温级压缩机绝热效率和容积效率为变量,并对两种拟合方式进行了对比。最后用拟合公式计算得到的不同工况下的最优低温级冷凝温度与文献中拟合公式计算结果进行了对比。
Based on the existing experimental results, the adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency of NH_3 / CO_2 cascade refrigeration system are fitted. The empirical formula was applied to the thermodynamic analysis of cascade refrigeration cycle. Multiple linear fitting was carried out for the optimum low temperature condensing temperature, maximum COP and optimal mass flow rate, respectively. One of the forms of multivariate linear fitting was the evaporation temperature, Condensation temperature and lamination temperature difference as variables, the other is the evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, lamination temperature and high and low temperature level compressor adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency as variables, and the two methods were compared. Finally, the optimal condensing temperature under different conditions calculated by the fitting formula is compared with the fitting result in the literature.
