东风公司工会从公司国际化发展的实际出发,全面履行工会的各项职能。公司党委和总部召开公司建设以来的首次工会工作会,并下发《关于加强工会工作的意见》和《东风汽车公司职工民主管理规定》两个重要文件,促进了工会的组织建设。卓有成效地开展了“创争”活动,并被授予首批十家“全国学习型组织标兵单位”称号。根据新形势的要求制发《东风汽车公司职工民主管理规定》,做好改制单位、新建单位职代会制度的接续和建制工作,合资企业的员工代表大会建制工作有新发展,厂务公开民主管理进一步实现制度化、规范化、程序化。加强职代会参与涉及职工切身利益的重大决策和重要改革方案,完善“四项制度”、平等协商集体合同制度等维权机制和“爱心工程专项款”重大节日对困难职工和劳模进行慰问的帮困机制,促进了和谐企业建设。在公司各级工会的不懈努力下,东风公司工会工作在全国全省产生重要影响。在全国厂务公开、民主管理经验交流会,湖北省委召开的全省工会工作会议,国资委召开的中央企业工会工作会议上,东风公司都作了经验介绍。东风汽车公司工会连续5次荣获湖北省工会工作年度最高奖项。 Dongfeng company union from the reality of the company’s international development, the full implementation of the various functions of the union.
