分析了城特232与其抗源品种对水稻白叶枯病菌系W_1、P_1和T_1的抗性基因及其等位关系。结果表明:城特232对3个菌系的抗性受2对重复显性基因控制,等位性测定表明其中的1对基因来自农垦58,与Xa-3等位。而Tetep的抗性基因未导入到城特232中去。城特232对白叶枯病的抗性强,抗谱广,在抗病育种中可作为抗源亲本加以利用.
The resistance genes and their allelic relationships of the special resistant cultivars W135, W_1, P_1 and T_1 to Xanthomonas oryzae were analyzed. The results showed that the resistance of three special strains to the three strains was controlled by two pairs of duplication dominant genes. One allele of them was from Nongken 58 and was allelic to Xa-3. The resistance gene of Tetep was not introduced into the city 232. City 232 special resistance to bacterial blight resistance, broad spectrum anti-disease breeding can be used as a source of resistance to be used.
