传统的教学模式就是教师充当“搅拌器”的角色将知识咬碎、嚼烂喂给学生。学生只是被动的接受者,难于真正形成对知识的认同。新课程标准倡导教师不仅要注重培养学生的学习兴趣,更要尊重学生的学习兴趣,让学生在打好学习基础的同时培养自身的能力。引导学生实现学习方式的根本变革,变被动为主动,成为学习的主人,这就要求教师在教学中要敢于“放”。特别是面对学生错误的时候,因为学生的错误正是教学的一面镜子,是对教学效果的反馈。教师应从学生的错误中不断反思自己的教学过程,提高课堂效率。
The traditional teaching model is that teachers act as “blenders” to crush knowledge and chew it to students. Students are passive recipients, it is difficult to really form the recognition of knowledge.
